She has worked in food styling and recipe development along with diving into the world of chocolate. Pastry Arts has been a passion since she was young, and she has spent the last 8 years judging local competitions and teaching her passion at a local college. Now as a mother to two, she is teaching her culinary and pastry skills at CTE in Albany to high schoolers and young adults with special needs. Her love and talent for teaching is just as exceptional as her passion for pastry.
