Come spend a morning exploring the flavors of Japan to create a few delicious and fun-to-make foods. We will use nori and soy papers to make vegetarian sushi, slurp chewy udon noodles in flavorful broth, stuff dumplings and make a fluffy, light, traditional cheesecake.
