Embark on a culinary adventure with our Vegan Soul Food class. Join us as we explore the rich & vibrant flavors of soul food cuisine, reimagined without any animal products. In this class you will discover how to craft classic favorites like savory collard greens, creamy macaroni and "cheese" and cornbread - all with a delicious vegan twist. This class is permitted for students 15 years of age and older.

About Christina: Christina Lloyd is a mother, wife and business owner.
Drawing from her heritage and own experiences in the kitchen she has been able to maintain a vegan for over 10 years. Motivated by the lack of vegan options in her hometown she embarked on a new journey and started Soulistic Vegan. A Meal Prep and Catering company aimed at not only fill this gap but also fostering a sense of togetherness and connection within families by promoting healthier plant-based alternatives without compromising flavor.
Christina offers a fusion of food - not just Soul Food - and you can find her sharing her meals with others at different events held throughout the Capital Region.
