Join us as we demystify the art of Sourdough. What consumed all of us during the pandemic when we all had time on our hands but “NO YEAST”! So maybe now you need a refresher? We will use a 21-year-old Sourdough starter and will mix a no-knead sourdough bread for you to take home and bake the next day. Please bring a covered container for transporting your dough. During class, we will discuss maintaining your starter, should you discard or not? And if you choose discard, what do you do with it? We will also use sourdough starter to create a few other delicious things.  This class is appropriate for students 16 years of age and older.

-Feeding and maintaining your starter
-Sourdough Biscuits with honey butter
- Sourdough Crepes with berry preserves or savory with spinach and cheddar cheese
-Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies
