Join Capital Cooks and Micropolitan Matchmakers for an evening of food, community, and fun! We think cooking and eating together is a great way to mingle and meet people.

Fresh pasta is a wonder and a joy to eat, and it's easy to do at home. Join us to learn how to create fresh pasta dough, which we'll roll and cut into fettuccine and use for ravioli. We'll also create two fabulous sauces that will bring the meal together and are simple to make. This class is permitted for individuals 18 years and older.

Menu:
-Fettuccine
-Pea, Herb and Ricotta Ravioli
-Broccoli Rabe, Garlic and Pancetta Sauce
-Really Good Tomato Sauce
