Indulge your sweet tooth and spend the afternoon making decadent desserts to satisfy even the biggest chocolate lover, all gluten free! We’ll learn skills like tempering eggs for custard, making light and airy mousse and rolling truffles. This class is permitted for students 16 years of age and older.
