If you love chocolate but cannot eat gluten, come to this class to learn how to make incredible chocolate desserts, all without any gluten. Chef Julie will teach you how to create rich desserts with buttery, flaky crusts and whipped, light toppings. You won’t miss the gluten! This class is permitted for students 14 years of age and older.
