In this class we will indulge in a Tuscan feast based on seasonal winter ingredients. Cook seasonally, like a real Italian! Ric will talk about his adventures in the restaurant industry and extensive travels to Italy. This class is appropriate for individuals 21 years of age and older.

- Homemade Pici Pasta with Wild Boar and Porcini Ragu
