Come learn about the joy of fresh pasta! In this class, we will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, using simple ingredients. Our pasta dough will be full of color and flavor, as we prepare green, orange and traditional dough. Each dough will be transformed into ravioli, or long strands of pappardelle. We will top fresh pasta with fresh spring-influenced sauces. This class is appropriate for students 16 years and older.
