Join Capital Cooks and Micropolitan Matchmakers for an evening of food, community, and fun! We think cooking and eating together is a great way to mingle and meet people.
Food and ingredients from around the world vary greatly but almost all of them have meats, vegetables and other tasty things that are cooked over an open fire. Join us to discover the flavors and techniques from a few of those far-off places, all through the humble backyard grill. We'll have breads and salads and other accompaniments, too. This class is permitted for individuals 16 years and older.
