Ric is proud to present, directly from Sicily, Emilia and Mattia Vescera, makers of the organic ancient grain pasta that he sells in the US. Ric will co-host this demo-lecture-tasting dinner with his friends from Sicily. Come hear the stories, taste the incredible pasta served in Ric's signature style: tons of flavor, loaded with local produce, and beautiful to behold.
This class is appropriate for individuals 21 years of age and older. Seats purchased will only be valid for 1 night. Limited Seating! **Sicilian wines available for purchase. **

About Ric: Chef Ric Orlando is a former rocker-turned-chef who is best known for his New World Home Cooking restaurant. He is a cookbook author, radio personality, and former TV host.
