Ric will also discuss his years in the restaurant industry and most recent travels to Italy. This class is appropriate for individuals 21 years of age and older.

-Puerto Rican Seafood Salad with avocado, bacalao, shrimp and calamari

-Arroz con Gandules- red rice with pigeon peas
-Pernil of Pork - super addictive slow roasted skin on pork shoulder
-Coquito cheesecake

About Ric: Chef Ric Orlando is a former rocker-turned-chef who is best known for his New World Home Cooking restaurant. He is a cookbook author, radio personality, and former TV host.
