Come hear stories and share the wonderful food that brings memories of Ric’s travels to Italy. His guided trips start with three days in the Piedmont region. Piedmont food is heavily influenced by the French but has its own distinct, comforting style. Ric will share with you his adventures in the restaurant industry and extensive travels to Italy. This class is appropriate for individuals 21 years of age and older.

-Vitello Tonnato, tuna with a creamy sauce
-Brasato al Barolo, braised beef in Piedmont wine
