This class will demo just a few of the delicious dishes from this magical and historic region (there are hundreds). On your next trip to the Asian market, you will have these recipes to recreate on your own. Ric will talk about his adventures in the restaurant industry and extensive travels to Italy. This class is appropriate for individuals 21 years of age and older.
