This is a fun class to learn about foods from different continents and how they relate to their regional cultures.Please see below for details about our camps. About Julie: Julie Paul is a pastry chef who has been teaching baking and decorating classes in the Capital Region since 2014. Solo traveling the world is one of her many passions. Follow Chef Julie on Instagram at sweet_sassy_confections.

Duration: Three-hour classes taught by chef instructors.
Environment: Fun, relaxed and hands-on! Students learn at tables in groups of four.
Focus: We strive to teach technique, best kitchen practices to create delicious food.
Allergens: Nut-free environment (kitchen not nut-free).
Come Hungry: Bring Tupperware for leftovers.
Attire: Tie back long hair, wear closed-toe shoes.
