4/8, Vegetarian World Tour - Hands On

Join us for a whirlwind tour of the best textures, flavors and colors of world cuisines. We’ll make quick stops to (many) continents as we cook up vegetarian dishes and learn about the spices, ingredients and cooking methods for each. Then, we’ll savor our creations. This class is permitted for individuals 18 years and older.
Menu:
-Socca, French Chickpea Crepes with Goat Cheese and Roasted Tomatoes
-Mexican Street Corn (Corn and Cheese with Chiles and Herbs)
-Saag Paneer (Indian Greens and Cheese)
-M’hanncha (Moroccan Snake Pastry)
