About Yasuo and Kathy: After an apprenticeship in Tokyo for 12 years, Yasuo Saso came to Albany to invigorate the local sushi scene. He and his wife Kathy Saso operated Saso’s Japanese Noodle House for many years, a revered Albany landmark.
