-Tom Yum Soup with Shrimp and Spring Vegetables
-Thai Fish Cakes with Spring Onions, Lime and Herbs, served with Peanut Sauce
-Asparagus and Shiitake Stir Fry with Basil
-Green Curry Fried Rice
