1/9, Pasta Shapes – Hands On

Time: 6:00PM-8:30PM
Come learn how to make delicious fresh pasta that’s easy to recreate at home. With a batch of fresh dough, we will work together to create a few different pasta shapes: penne, farfalle and tortellini. Of course, we’ll make sauces that work well with the nooks in small pasta shapes. This class is permitted for students 16 years of age and older.

-Fresh Penne
-Fresh Farfalle
-Fresh Tortellini
-Tomato Vodka Sauce
-Traditional Bolognese
