What to expect at our kid classes and camps:
Classes are three hours long and taught by our chef instructors.
Kids work in a hands-on environment, at tables with four.
Our cooking school is a fun, relaxed, learning environment. We strive to teach technique, best kitchen practice and create delicious food.
Our classes are tree nut and peanut free (but not in a nut-free kitchen.)
Kids are well-fed! Bring tupperware, as there are often leftovers to share with family.
For anyone with hair longer than their shoulders, please tie it back. Wear closed-toe shoes.
If your child has a food allergy or any special needs, please let us know when you register for class by emailing: hello@capitalcooksny.com.
