Come discover a world where simple foods pack tons of flavor. In this class, you’ll learn how to use a few key ingredients to create delicious, healthful dishes that are beautiful to behold and delicious to eat. We will use Black Garlic, Roasted Tomatoes, Tahini, Miso and more to create depth and umami flavor. This class is appropriate for students 18 years and older.
Menu:
-Slow Roasted Tomatoes with Whipped Feta and Crostini
-Crispy Mushroom Risotto
-Honey Miso Chicken
-Parmesan Broth-Braised Kale
-Tahini Dark Chocolate Brownies
