Bourbon is beloved by many as a sipping cocktail, but did you know that it’s an awesome ingredient, too? Bourbon adds depth, sweetness and a punchy bite to many dishes. Come hang out with Jill Kavanagh for a fun night of bourbon cooking. Jill will talk you through a few incredible dishes, using bourbon to balance fruits, herbs, aromatics and chocolate. This is a fun and delicious class, but please note, our liquor license does not allow for bourbon drinking - we’ll be cooking with it, not drinking it. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of beer, wine and seltzer available for purchase.
