A Yule log is a traditional (and delicious) Christmas dessert that will add beauty to any holiday dessert table. Learn how to make and frost a roll cake, as well as decorations such as almond pinecones, buttercream poinsettias, sparkling cranberries and meringue mushrooms. It will be so beautiful you won’t want to eat it! Please note, there is no baking in this class. This class is permitted for students 14 years of age and older.
