Grab a friend or a date or find friends here as we explore the world of bitter and sweet foods in an around-the-globe taste experience. This is a hands-on, social event. Come hungry and ready to cook! This class is permitted for individuals 21 years of age and older.

- Stir Fried Bitter Melon
- Broccoli Rabe with Gnocchi and Brown Butter
- Chicken Mole
- Bittersweet Chocolate Molten Cakes
