There are many kinds of tacos out there, but maybe none as beloved as the birria taco. Come learn how to create flavorful, shredded beef, chile-spiked consommé and how to put together in a crispy, cheesy taco. Birria tacos are the main event but we’ll also make some of our favorites, worth eating on Cinco De Mayo and anytime you feel like celebrating! This class is permitted for individuals 18 years and older.

-Birria Tacos with Chile Comsommé
-Smoky Black Beans
-Mexican Chopped Salad with Radish and Pepitas
-Street Style Corn
