Learn to make decadent enriched breads in this class. You'll learn the basics of working with yeast and gluten to make one enriched dough which will be used to make a variety of mouthwatering Autumn-themed pastries. Enriched dough is a dough made from flour that has extra fat (like butter or olive oil,) making it rich and delicious.
This class is permitted for students 14 years of age and older.
